Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise activities for children in the Kids Only program.
• Ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all children.
• Plan and execute daily schedules of games, crafts, and educational activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's participation and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Kids Only facilities and equipment.
• Act as a positive role model and provide exceptional guest service to families.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare, camp counseling, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Passion for working with children and creating positive experiences.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to be creative, energetic, and patient.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
