Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on kitchen and laundry equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
Ensure all equipment operates safely and in compliance with hotel standards.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests from various departments.

Requirements

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC engineering.
Proven experience as a technician in a hotel or similar large-scale facility.
Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances (ovens, fryers, dishwashers) and laundry machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and circuit diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under pressure.
