Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Properly store food items and ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) is followed.
• Dispose of trash and recycling according to established procedures.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar role is an advantage.
