Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of guests in and around the swimming pool and beach areas.
• Enforce all facility rules and regulations consistently and courteously.
• Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies.
• Perform routine checks of safety equipment and report any deficiencies.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred.
• Current lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, ISA) is required.
• Excellent swimming and lifesaving skills.
• Strong observation and communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
