Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs paperwork.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies for booking and shipment tracking.
Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE Customs requirements, and company policies.
Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving and dispatching goods.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Minimum 1–2 years of logistics coordination experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably within JAFZA or UAE).
Strong knowledge of UAE Customs and JAFZA procedures.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
