Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the daily driver roster.
Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and efficiently utilized.
Prepare delivery schedules and ensure dispatch timelines are met.
Coordinate with stores for IBT collections and deliveries.
Maintain and update all logistics documentation, including delivery notes and proof of delivery (PODs).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory coordination, or warehouse operations—preferably in retail or distribution.
Experience working with freight forwarders, delivery partners, and customs processes (UAE experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar logistics platforms.
Strong understanding of inventory flow, order processing, and shipment tracking.
