Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/exports/local clearance and schedule based on customer needs and priorities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, overseas agents, and internal departments to arrange shipments.
• Track shipment progress, note delays, and inform the consignee.
• Process customs documents as per Customs regulations.
• Ensure goods and transport capacities are available and arrival/departure/delivery is executed as scheduled.
• Maintain accuracy of data inputs and minimize errors in order entry.

Requirements

• Graduate, university degree preferably with a diploma in logistics/shipping/export.
• UAE Driver’s License, preferably.
• Customer-oriented with good telephone etiquette.
• Strong Knowledge of freight forwarding & local customs regulations.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook.
