Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Manage efficient month-end and year-end closing processes and external audits.
• Lead, train, and mentor the hotel accounting team to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and hospitality industry-specific accounting practices.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic luxury environment.
