Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Sobha training academy, ensuring employee training and assessment.
• Monitor quality control parameters within the Sobha Hartland site.
• Audit quality systems for all departments.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant functions.
• Participate in Q&T briefings and meetings.
• Prepare and implement QC plans during projects.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control parameters and systems.
• Excellent auditing and training skills.
• Ability to identify and address non-conformance issues.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with preparing and implementing QC plans.
