Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the framework for supervising financial institutions.
• Execute the FSRA risk-based supervisory plan for assigned firms.
• Develop supervisory plans to mitigate identified areas of supervisory concerns.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments of firms in line with the supervisory work plan.
• Review periodic reports and returns on an ongoing basis.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders among market participants and ADGM staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance supervision or related roles.
• Considerable knowledge of insurance sector regulations, products, and market practices.
• Experience in assessing risks to identify trends and concerns.
• Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good internal and external stakeholder management skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
