Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend materials suitable for various projects.
• Conduct technical comparisons of materials considering performance, sustainability, and cost.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Track material shipments, customs clearances, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, BS, EN, ISO, and local regulations.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, and approval trackers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in materials selection and/or procurement.
• Strong understanding of finishes, natural stones, metals, woods, and coatings.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury residential projects is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
