Mantell Associates is partnered with a Pharmaceutical Generics organisation, who is searching for a Medical Sales Representative to drive sales and promote a high-quality portfolio of USFDA-approved generic pharmaceuticals (tablets, capsules, oral liquids, and upcoming oncology products) to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key opinion leaders across the UAE and assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement heads, and hospital tender committees.
• Conduct regular visits to government and private hospitals, polyclinics, and chain pharmacies.
• Present and detail generic products with strong emphasis on quality, USFDA approval, bioavailability data, and cost-effectiveness.
• Organize and execute CMEs, round-table meetings, and scientific symposiums with KOLs.
• Manage tender business – prepare documentation, follow up on submissions, and ensure timely supply.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical market (experience with generics and USFDA-approved products is a strong advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Existing relationships with doctors and pharmacists in UAE (especially Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage).
