Key Responsibilities

• Replenish and restock minibar items in guest rooms daily according to standards.
• Monitor minibar expiration dates and ensure all products are fresh and high quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all minibar products.
• Process minibar charges and handle guest inquiries or special requests related to minibar services.
• Ensure minibars are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Report any discrepancies or maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and move items regularly.
