Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute collection strategies for overdue accounts to meet recovery targets.
• Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
• Monitor collection performance and ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and legal departments, to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in collections, debt recovery, or banking operations, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage a high volume of cases, and meet challenging collection targets.
• Proficiency in relevant banking software, collection systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
