Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor collection activities for overdue accounts.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection efforts and their outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in collections or a similar financial role, preferably within a banking environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve collection targets.
• Excellent understanding of collection processes, legal frameworks, and ethical guidelines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant banking software.
