Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
• Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications.
• Receive and process customer requests such as account openings and online banking inquiries.
• Encourage customers to build their balances and migrate to higher customer programs.
• Educate customers about automated channels and promote their usage.
• Meet individual sales targets and participate in retail sales team meetings.

Requirements

• High School graduation.
• 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies and procedures.
• Ability to achieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online/mobile applications.
• Commitment to representing FAB values and ensuring a high level of customer experience.
