Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and serve as a point of contact for Zofeur chauffeurs and partners.
• Build rapport with key partners.
• Coordinate with the supply team and account managers to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor chauffeur performance, attendance, and relations.
• Adhere to specific client requests on desired profiles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years of operations experience in the transportation industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of areas in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
• Experience with the online marketplace is desirable.
