Operations Executive

Job Overview

Loch & PureBlue LLC (Loch Life) is seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Executive in the UAE to sit at the heart of day-to-day operations. You’ll coordinate office administration, manage online/offline orders, own last-mile logistics with courier partners, and keep inventory tight—while supporting senior management and delivering a smooth, sustainability-driven customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Office & Admin: Coordinate vendors/suppliers, organize meetings and internal events, maintain office supplies/upkeep, and provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Logistics & Orders: Process online/offline orders accurately and on time; schedule/track shipments with logistics partners; monitor inventory and maintain precise stock records.
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries by email/phone; handle feedback and after-sales; support e-commerce operations.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain organized digital/physical records; prepare periodic reports, decks, and ops documentation for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in office admin/operations/logistics (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with office tools/software.
• Plus points: knowledge of logistics & inventory systems; e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and aligned with a sustainability mission.
