Key Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately record room service orders from guests via phone or other communication channels.
• Ensure all order details, including special requests and dietary needs, are captured correctly.
• Communicate orders clearly and efficiently to the kitchen and other relevant departments.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Assist in managing order flow and ensuring timely delivery of room service trays.
• Keep accurate records of all orders processed.
