Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.).
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media marketing.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience in the tourism or culture sector is a plus.
