The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and organising legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and organising commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Managing corporate governance tasks across onshore and freezones in the UAE.
Assisting with regulatory submissions, licence renewals, and compliance documentation.
Conducting legal research on UAE and international laws relevant to our business model.
Maintaining the contract management system and ensuring documents are up-to-date.
Responding to queries raised by the local and global teams.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in law or related field from a recognised university (LLB preferred).
3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in a top law firm, financial institution, or fintech in the UAE.
A solid understanding of UAE commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.
Great organisational and time management skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
