Key Responsibilities

• Prepare parts details and source unavailable parts locally or internationally.
• Coordinate the timely supply of parts.
• Generate reports related to customer visits, sales achieved/lost, and stock supply.
• Prepare parts estimates and quotations to present formal offers to customers.
• Provide product information, technical advice, and warranty policies to customers.
• Assist in the display of parts to ensure visual effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automotive Aftermarkets.
• Demonstrated teamwork and analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver results and show adaptability.
• Strong communication skills.
