Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage patient appointment scheduling and registration.
• Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks efficiently.
• Handle billing and cash up processes accurately.
• Meet customer service expectations by improving patient service quality.

Requirements

• Completed secondary school education (Grade 12).
• 2-3 years’ experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminologies and processes.
• Numerical literacy and understanding of patient scheduling.
