Payroll Executive

Job Overview

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Payroll Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a contract role for 3 months requiring an immediate joiner. The ideal candidate will facilitate the payroll process and ensure accuracy in payroll reports.

Quick Details

• Salary Range: 2500 – 3000 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the payroll process on a day-to-day basis using the HRIS (Adrenalin System).
• Review, analyze, and check payroll reports for accuracy.
• Implement employee changes of shift if required.
• Update employee bank details.
• Check and verify attendance regularization requests.
• Assist employees with questions regarding deductions, attendance, and time records.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong HR and support orientation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge in HR Database Management Systems, i.e., Adrenalin System.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.
