Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Manage employee data related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll software and procedures.
• Understanding of UAE labor law and payroll regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
