Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
• Support internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
• Maintain applicant flow, orientation, and transfer request logs.
• Create and maintain new hire and personnel files.
• Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Entry level with Human Resources background preferred.
• Sufficient level of English to write reports.
• Excellent in MS Office applications.
• Multi-tasking, Time Management, Detail Orientation.
