Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all international and domestic regulations for pet transportation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the relocation process.
• Liaise with airlines, veterinary clinics, quarantine facilities, and other service providers.
• Prepare detailed relocation plans tailored to the specific needs of each pet and client.
• Maintain accurate records of all relocation activities and client communications.
