Key Responsibilities

• Support origination, evaluation, and execution of core infrastructure investments across MENA and selected OECD markets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for valuation, sensitivity, and structuring purposes.
• Participate in due diligence processes across financial, commercial, and technical workstreams.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and committees.
• Contribute to asset monitoring, portfolio reporting, and value creation planning.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or infrastructure advisory with exposure to real assets.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with concession, PPP, or regulated asset frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Degree in finance, economics, or engineering; postgraduate qualification or CFA is an advantage.
• Regional experience or interest in the GCC infrastructure landscape preferred.
