Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement processes within the Facilities Management sector.
• Support the sourcing and selection of contractors and material suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the UAE, preferably in construction, maintenance, or facilities management.
• Extensive knowledge of construction or maintenance contractors and material suppliers in the UAE.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office is a must.
• Good command over the English Language.
