Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant engineering field
Experience: 4 years+

Key Responsibilities

Verify material availability for new orders and coordinate with Purchase and Sales teams.
Provide support to the QC team during specific tests, such as hydro testing.
Review supplier certificates for compliance with order specifications and prepare internal certificates.
Act as the first point of contact for product-related service complaints and track each complaint until closure.
Provide remote troubleshooting assistance and guide customers on installation and calibration.
Visit customer sites across UAE and GCC for inspection, testing, and servicing of instruments.

Requirements

4 years+ of experience in field service, technical support, or instrumentation maintenance.
Hands-on knowledge of pressure, temperature, level, and flow instruments.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) for professional client interaction.
Willingness to travel for site support within UAE & GCC.
Ability to read datasheets, wiring diagrams, and loop drawings.
