Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver excellent service.
• Work with project, engineering, and operations teams to develop creative solutions.
• Support Project Managers with all project planning activities.
• Communicate with clients and third parties to keep them informed about project progress.
• Support Project Managers with project financials, such as budget creation and cost tracking.
• Log and maintain project documentation (RFI, change orders, contracts, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally with large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Good attention to detail and able to work accurately.
• Valid UAE driving license.
