Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by staff.
• Plan and organize resources in advance.
• Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project, including contracts, designs, and budgets.
• Create an environment for exceptional team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project requirements.
• Lead and promote the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ Years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in High Rise Tower Projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
