Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to daily incoming emails and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate shipping documents with vendors and track purchase orders.
• Assist the sales team with product availability and delivery updates.
• Apply for Batch Release Certificates for Nano Albumin, Pulmocis, and Nanoscan.
• Follow up with FANR and MOHAP for pending permit approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
• Strong understanding of import/shipping documents and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Knowledge of FANR and MOHAP procedures is preferred.
