Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with all operational procedures across warehouses and departments.
Perform daily field inspections to verify proper execution in loading, receiving, dispatch, and documentation.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports for all employees and departments.
Conduct daily/weekly audits on documents, loading procedures, imaging, delivery, and storage.
Investigate any operational gaps, damages, or losses and identify root causes.
Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports and submit them to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, compliance, or operational management.
Strong data analysis and dashboard development skills.
Solid knowledge of operational processes and workflow.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain integrity.
