    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and meticulously verify all incoming goods, packages, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Ensure the accuracy of quantities, quality, and condition of delivered items, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
    • Organize and store received goods in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation, security, and adherence to inventory control procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries, documentation, and stock movements.
    • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and various internal departments regarding delivery schedules, returns, and any noted discrepancies.
    • Operate essential receiving equipment and tools safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

    Requirements

    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in verifying goods and documentation.
    • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and stacking goods as required.
    • Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and inventory management systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and suppliers.
