Coordinate with HR for offer letters, documentation, onboarding, and compliance. Maintain an updated candidate tracker, recruitment dashboard, and applicant pipeline. Assist in posting job ads and enhancing employer branding on social media platforms. Collaborate with sales managers and HR to understand hiring needs and growth targets. Support daily HR operations and contribute to team recruitment strategies.
