Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and achieve targets in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
