Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales target objectives.
• Focus on New To Bank acquisition and solicit existing clientele.
• Analyze customer cases and provide related information after field visits.
• Ensure familiarity with all policies, products, and processes.
• Proactively participate in Learning, Development, and training programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC and Compliance policies.

Requirements

• Must have POS Loans experience.
• Requires good convincing and negotiating skills.
• Continuous suggestions on improving FAB products.
• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other business divisions.
