Residency & Citizenship Consultant (French & Arabic Speaking)

Job Overview

The Open World – a Paris-headquartered global immigration advisory – is hiring a French & Arabic speaking Residency & Citizenship Consultant for its Dubai office. You’ll guide HNWI clients through Residency & Citizenship by Investment (RCBI) options worldwide (e.g., European golden visas, Caribbean CBI, PR pathways), manage qualified inbound leads, and close engagements while coordinating with legal, real estate, and investment partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise French- and Arabic-speaking HNWI clients across RCBI programs; tailor strategies to goals and profiles.
• Own the full sales cycle: qualify inbound leads, present options, manage objections, and drive deal closure.
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation with legal, real estate, and investment partners.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene; track communications, pipeline, and application statuses.
• Represent the firm at international events/exhibitions; support French/Arabic marketing & social content.
• Ensure compliance with program rules and KYC/AML standards; keep current on policy changes.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Fluency in English, French, and Arabic; proven RCBI or related immigration advisory experience.
• Strong cross-cultural communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with HNW clients.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of closing engagements.
• Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management; CRM and digital marketing familiarity is a plus.
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused.
