Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage customers, providing detailed product information.
Actively assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend products.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Increase sales through explaining promotions and special offers.
Keep track of sales records and optimize performance.
Uphold the brand’s standards of excellence in every customer interaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles in luxury, watches, or jewelry within the UAE.
Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic.
Ideally, relevant certification in sales management from accredited providers.
