Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily monitoring of site activities for compliance with HSE rules.
• Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and hazard identification.
• Support implementation of HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks and HSE inductions.
• Participate in incident investigation and reporting.
• Liaise with construction supervisors and project HSE teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC Safety standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Practical understanding of construction hazards.
• Excellent observational, reporting, and communication skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).
• NEBOSH IGC (required) and OSHA/IOSH or equivalent safety certification.
