Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build a new customer base for FAB.
• Promote the sales of core products in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
• Assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings, and roadshows to achieve budgeted sales volumes.
• Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete and error-free.
• Follow up on document discrepancies and provide sales MIS to the Team Leader.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in selling banking products or in a financial industry.
• Experience in selling banking products is an added advantage.
• Good convincing and negotiating skills.
• Awareness of competition and ability to suggest changes for product improvements.
