• Salary Range: AED 8000-11000 (all inclusive)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within Abu Dhabi.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision makers.
• Present and demo products to potential clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address client concerns.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HORECA sales or B2B FMCG sales.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry's dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter, target-driven, and able to work independently.
