Sales Executive

Job Overview

Omega Software is hiring a full-time Sales Executive in Dubai to drive new business for its restaurant and retail POS solutions. You’ll prospect, demo, and close B2B deals across the UAE hospitality and retail market, building long-term relationships and expanding Omega’s footprint. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong software sales experience and fluency in English, Arabic, and French.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospects in restaurant and retail segments to generate qualified opportunities.
• Conduct tailored product presentations and demos highlighting POS features and ROI.
• Diagnose customer needs and pain points; propose solutions that address business challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders; manage pipelines.
• Negotiate and close deals, meeting/exceeding assigned quotas and revenue targets.
• Collaborate on sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns with the sales/marketing team.
• Track market trends and competitors; provide accurate forecasts and regular reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years successful software/technology sales (POS or hospitality/retail preferred).
• Strong understanding of restaurant/retail operations and POS workflows.
• Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven; able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driving license; multilingual: English, Arabic, French (required).
