Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the development team and product owner in agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and ensure smooth workflow.
• Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the agile team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Track and report on team metrics and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.
