    Job Overview

    Taif Al Emarat is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Secretary/Receptionist to provide front-office, administrative, and operations support in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure timely submissions to mall portals, maintain accurate records, and coordinate effectively across brands and contractors.

    • Salary Range: 3,000 AED
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Qualifications: Diploma / Higher Diploma
    • Experience: Entry level

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports by the 5th of each month.
    • Send monthly utilities and VAT invoices.
    • Apply for and track work permits and NOCs across mall portals.
    • Arrange and renew insurances, pest control, and AMC.
    • Monitor and prioritize key inboxes, responding and following up promptly.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business/Admin (preferred).
    • 1 year experience in secretary/receptionist/admin roles.
    • Strong Excel and MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
    • Familiarity with UAE mall portals, UAE PASS, DCD, Hassantuk, Ejari/Tawtheeq.
    • Excellent English (Arabic a plus) with strong organization and time management skills.
