Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train security personnel to ensure high performance.

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security risks.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Implement and enforce company security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of security officers.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Valid security license or certification as per UAE regulations.
