Senior Cost Analyst

Job Overview

EKFC is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst who would be responsible for research and analysis of the cost elements, production results and monitoring of financial impact to support costing department with analytics and recommendations to enable decision making. The role will be involved in complex cost analysis & a high volume of challenging manual processes to track, evaluate, and optimize food production, inventory, and delivery costs while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and update Bills of Materials (BoMs) for existing and new products.
• Analyze cost variances, identify key drivers, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities across sourcing, production, and menu design.
• Design easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
• Conduct system analysis and assist in designing and testing new tools or updates.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and track their implementation.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Business MBA / Professional qualification in Finance, ACA, CPA, CFA
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience
• Work experience with Big Four Audit firms and forensic accounting experience is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Well-versed in current financial market trends and the business landscape
• Proficient in using ERP, Excel for analysis
