Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for media planning.
Monitor campaign performance, proactively identifying issues and opportunities.
Manage media budgets and reporting, assisting in spend tracking and reconciliation.
Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, supporting hotel teams and internal departments.

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing.
Strong command of paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Skilled in media planning workflows, coordinating across agencies and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for budget management and reporting.
Comfortable with analytics and CRO tools, including GA4 and A/B testing.
