Jumeirah Beach Hotel is looking for a Senior Guest Services Assistant to join our Telecommunications team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service by handling incoming calls and guest requests efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, both internal and external.
• Enter HotSOS guest requests and monitor response timing.
• Ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner, following up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all wake-up calls are correctly input into PMS and given on time.
• Monitor E Butler Chat and respond within 60 seconds.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
